CENTRAL SEWER is being installed in the EWD service area.  There may be an Assessment balance or other Charges due associated with the project.  EWD files liens on properties with outstanding Assessment or Construction charges.  Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 941-474-3217 to determine any outstanding amounts.

FINAL BILLS - Upon transfer of ownership a final bill will be generated and mailed to the Sellers' address of record.  However, if the Seller fails to make payment, all outstanding charges will be transferred to the Current/New Owner's account.  Charges may include, but not be limited to consumption, base facilities, past due fees, assessments and capital contribution charges.
