Precautionary Boil Water Notices

Whenever repairs or changes are made to the water transmission system which cause the pressure to drop below 20 psi, EWD issues a precautionary boil water notice advising that all water used for drinking or cooking purposes be boiled.

A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient.  As an alternative, bottled water may be used.

These boil water notices remain in effect while bacteriological tests are performed to ensure that your water remains safe to consume.

Currently the areas listed below are under a boil water advisory.  Please contact Wayne Kershanick, Distribution Foreman, at 941.474.3217 if you have any questions.
